QA New Product Customer Experience Test Skills Competition

In order to improve employees' work enthusiasm, find out the problems existing in high-end models, improve quality awareness and formulate efficient inspection standards through competitions, in the first quarter of 2023, OBM Team was organized by QA, and participants from DQA, OQA, AQM, RD and SS conducted a new product customer experience test skill competition.

.The description of the competition is as follows:

1. Venue: TDR Room on the third floor;

2. Competition machine: the new product machine (PH 27E2F7901) will be prepared by the person in charge of the model.

2. Process: Participants analyze the advantages and disadvantages of products from the perspectives of testing and consumers (in individual competition mode);

3. Inspection rules: the participants are divided into 2 groups, each group has 6 people and 1 machine, and each person has 15 minutes, totaling 180 minutes;

4. Performance evaluation: from the evaluation time of each evaluator and the accuracy rate of raising questions;

Problems and improvement countermeasures of this competition:

Advantages: 1. This competition can enhance employees' attention to quality awareness, efficiency and execution;

2. Competition projects can feed back the shortcomings of new products, find existing problems in advance and improve them to enhance the competitiveness of products;

Disadvantages: 1. Individual players did not have a preliminary understanding of the functions of new products before the competition, which led to nervousness during the competition and failed to play their true level;

Improvement countermeasures: It is suggested that similar competitions should be held among subsequent departments and relevant quality training should be conducted to enhance the competitiveness of new products from research and development to shipment.
